Many would say Tremor, but honestly it's got lots of bugs, crashes and balancing issues. Also very popular and pretty much tied for #1 spot with Calamity. My experience with it is limited though, but from what I've seen, it includes bosses, armor sets, weapons and much more. Thorium, as mentioned in previous replies, is a great content mod. Calamity (Great for Post-Moon Lord gameplay, but has content for start to end-game so new characters with calamity are viable, currently #1 on many Top Terraria mod lists so you might have seen it somewhere already.)
